Dr. Annie Zheng is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate, personalized care. Known for her gentle approach and commitment to patient education, she believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.
Originally from southern China, Dr. Zheng moved to Houston with her family at age 9 and has proudly called Texas home ever since. Her own experiences growing up in the Houston area inspired her passion for healthcare and helping others, leading her to pursue a career focused on improving lives through exceptional dental care.
Education and Academic Excellence
Dr. Zheng earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with University Honors. She then attended the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Higher Honors.
During dental school, Dr. Zheng distinguished herself academically and professionally. She graduated near the top of her class and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, an honor reserved for students who demonstrate exceptional scholarship, character, and service.
She was also awarded the Distinction in Dental Education, recognizing her dedication to teaching, mentorship, and leadership throughout her dental training.

Following dental school, Dr. Zheng continued her education through advanced specialty training at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, where she completed a rigorous residency program focused on providing comprehensive care for growing patients.
Dr. Zheng is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education programs to stay current with the latest advancements in dental and orthodontic care. She has participated in numerous professional study clubs and advanced training programs covering patient care, treatment planning, clinical techniques, and emerging technologies.

Before joining the team, Dr. Zheng gained valuable experience serving patients in a variety of private practice settings throughout Texas. Most recently, she practiced at Grand Parkway Pediatric Dentistry from 2022 through 2025, where she focused on providing comprehensive care for children and families.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with patients of all ages, helping them achieve healthier smiles while building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and personalized attention.
Dr. Zheng is passionate about creating positive dental experiences and believes that patient education plays an important role in achieving long-term oral health success.
